The new Pulse Cardiac Clinic at Uptown provides custom space for cardiac specialists to meet with patients. The Rebalance model for clinics improves efficiencies and streamlines processes to allow doctors to stay focused on what is most important, seeing patients. The program includes patient meeting rooms, open office space, closed doctor’s offices, large central desks for the Medical Office Assistants and a staff area. The timeline for this project was extremely tight and the design reused as much of the existing structure as possible to streamline construction and keep items out of the landfill. The consultant and construction teams worked together seamlessly to keep construction moving. This tenant improvement was designed, built and handed over in the four-month timeline allotted. It was a demonstration of what a project can be when you have great people, who are team players, that believe in what they are doing.
