QUALIFICATIONS:

• 15 years of BC or Canadian experience. Must be a registered Architect AIBC.

• Strong knowledge of Part 3 and Part 9 of BC Building Code.

• Demonstrated ability to develop innovative and creative design solutions from complex program and site requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to produce high quality and constructable design drawings including Development Permit, Building Permit and detailed contract documents in both combustible and non combustible construction environments.

• Experience working directly with clients, coordinating consultants, contractors and municipalities.

• Experience leading a team of people through all stages of project.

• Excellent project management skills.

• Excellent written and oral communications skills.

• Proficiency in Revit is mandatory and experience with the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and InDesign is an asset.

• Christine Lintott Architects Inc. is a Victoria BC firm. This position is to work on Vancouver Island based projects from our remote office in Vancouver. We are open to opportunities for our firm to work in the Greater Vancouver area.
